LAMCAR MISSIONARIES FELLOWSHIP RETREAT

In November we shared in a wonderful time of fellowship with the North American Missionaries at the annual retreat. The retreat time is a special getaway time that we always plan for our missionaries…a time when they don’t have to worry about a thing but just relax and enjoy the time together. During the retreat each missionary sha red a little about what God is doing on their field and then the other missionaries gathered around and pray for them and their family. What a beautiful time we had as the Holy Spirit fell upon all of us during our prayer and worship together. This year’s event was held at Table Rock Lake just outside Branson, Missouri. We also were able to enjoy a couple of the productions that Branson is famous for. The Christmas season had already begun while we were there and it was great to share in this event together. We missed a very special couple this year, Judy and Ruben Perez, our missionaries from Monterrey, Mexico. Judy has been undergoing Chemo treatments for Cancer and could not make it. We are looking forward to seeing them next time. Please pray for our missionaries at this time of the year. Some are on furlough and some are on the field and will not be with family at Christmas.
